An Instamatch is the way to cut the line, forget the other group having to swipe back to chat. This is a direct way to stand out from the rest and directly match with a group. They don’t have to swipe back and you can start chatting right away.

No, we use the Double-Opt in methodology to match groups of users, meaning both groups have to say YES by swiping right to like each other’s profile. Each group member has the opportunity to like another group that a group member may have passed on.

Blocking someone is done from the user’s profile, click their profile and locate the gray flag button to the right of their name. If you decide to unblock this person later, unblock them from the Settings.

Our users identities are important to us, so we want to make the best out of ensuring you’re comfortable using our product. We allow the user to change their gender from the Settings menu under the Account tab.

Changing your age is not a feature we offer in-app. If you entered the wrong age, we will change it for you. Simply reach out to us by filling out the support form .

If you dislike a group, your group members will have the opportunity to like that group within a few hours of the dislike. If a group is liked, that cannot be undone until the groups are matched, at which point you can unmatch on behalf of your entire group.
